He is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and has over 4,000 hours of clinical practice under supervision of a licensed professional counselor. Eric has experience in Non Profit, University Counseling and in the Private Sector Eric is committed to helping black men, women and children successfully navigate some of their life's greatest challenges.

Eric is the Founder of All The Kings Men Mentoring organization, and the Author of The Miracle Maker: Uncovering the Hidden Miracles in Mentorship.
